Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess one of the following full-time regular qualifications from a recognized institute/university:

ITI (Electrician): ITI in Electrician Trade.
Diploma Apprentice: 3-year Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
Graduate Apprentice: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical, Civil, Electronics/Telecommunication, or Computer Science Engineering.
HR Executive: MBA (HR) or a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations.
CSR Executive: Master in Social Work (MSW) or in Rural Development/Management.
Law Executive: Graduate Degree with LLB or an Integrated 5-year LLB degree.
PR Assistant: Bachelor's in Mass Communication (BMC/BJMC) or BA in Journalism & Mass Comm.
Rajbhasha Assistant: B.A. in Hindi with proficiency in English.

Important: Candidates must have passed their final examinations within two years from the application closing date (i.e., between 07.10.2023 and 06.10.2025).

Salary & Pay Scale

The monthly stipend for apprentices is based on their qualification:

Diploma (Electrical/Civil)	₹ 15,000
Graduate (All Streams), HR/CSR/LAW Executive, PR/Rajbhasha Assistant	₹ 17,500

Note: An additional amount of ₹ 2,500 per month will be provided if company accommodation is not available.
