Purba Bardhaman DH&FWS Recruitment 2025 – 333 Community Health Officer (CHO) Posts

The position offers a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 20,000.00 per month. In addition to the fixed salary, Community Health Officers (CHOs) are eligible for a performance-linked incentive (PLI) of up to Rs. 5,000 per month, based on approved performance parameters.

Nurses undergoing CPCH training will receive a stipend of Rs. 10,000 per month during the training period.

• Candidates must apply online through the official West Bengal Health recruitment portal at www.wbhealth.gov.in.
• Fill out the application form carefully. Incomplete or incorrectly filled forms are liable to be cancelled.
• Upload a proper signature and photograph as per the specifications.
• Pay the application fee online or via NEFT. Keep proof of payment (receipt/screenshot) for future reference.
• After submission, download and retain a hard copy of the online registration form. This printout, along with the payment proof and other original documents, will be required for verification.
• There is no need to send any hard copies by post.
• The last date for submitting the online application is 24th December 2025.

The fee must be paid either through NEFT to the specified bank account or via online payment methods. A copy of the bank deposit slip (with UTR no.) or a screenshot of the online payment receipt must be submitted during document verification.
