Job Analysis

AI-generated insights

Best-Fit Profile

Young graduates/diploma holders in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with relevant vocational training (NCVT/BOAT), seeking a stable, long-term career in a prominent Central PSU. Individuals comfortable with industrial environments, rotating shifts, and physically demanding tasks, and looking for growth opportunities within the chemical and fertilizer sector, would find this role ideal.

Important Considerations

Candidates lacking the specific B.Sc. (Chemistry) with NCVT or Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology with BOAT/Industrial Training should not apply. Those unwilling to commit to physical fitness requirements or rotating shifts, or who prefer non-industrial roles, will find this unsuitable. Final year students are not eligible.

Career Impact

RCF Ltd, a Navratna PSU, offers excellent institutional reputation and job security under the Government of India. The role provides a clear career path from Trainee to Grade II-(A6) Operator, with opportunities for growth within RCF's extensive manufacturing and marketing network across India. The comprehensive benefits package further enhances long-term stability and career progression.
