RCF Ltd Recruitment 2026: Apply for 188 Operator (Chemical) Trainee Posts

During the six-month training period, selected candidates will receive a consolidated stipend of Rs. 22,000/- per month. Additionally, free hostel accommodation or a quarter on a sharing basis, medical facilities at RCF Hospital, and access to Sports Complex facilities will be provided.

Upon successful completion of training, Operator Trainees will be absorbed into the 'A6 Grade' as 'Operator (Chemical) Grade - II' with a pay scale of Rs. 22,000 - 60,000/-. The total monthly gross salary at the minimum of the A6 scale is approximately Rs. 47,800/-. This includes Basic Pay, VDA (53.4%), Perks (34%), and HRA (30% for Class A cities, or applicable rates for other places).

Candidates must apply online only through the RCF Ltd official website. No other mode of application will be accepted. Follow these steps:

1. Visit the RCF website: www.rcfltd.com.
2. Navigate to "HR → RECRUITMENT" and click on the "APPLY ONLINE" option. This will open a new application screen.
3. For new users, select the "Click here for New Registration" tab. Enter your Name, Contact details, and Email ID. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated and sent via Email & SMS.
4. If you cannot complete the form in one go, use the "SAVE AND NEXT" tab to save entered data. Verify all details carefully before final submission.
5. Upload scanned copies of your photograph (4.5cm x 3.5cm, 20kb-50kb), signature (black ink, 10kb-20kb), left thumb impression (black/blue ink, 20kb-50kb), and a hand-written declaration (black ink on white paper, 50kb-100kb). Ensure all documents adhere to the specified dimensions and file sizes. Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will not be accepted. The declaration text is: "I, (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."
6. Fill in all other required details in the Application Form.
7. Click on the "Preview" tab to review and verify your entire application form. Modify details if necessary.
8. Click on "COMPLETE REGISTRATION" only after ensuring all details, photograph, and signature are correct.
9. Proceed to the "Payment" tab to pay the application fee online.
10. Click on "Submit" to finalize your application.

Important: Candidates must possess a valid personal email ID and mobile number, which should be kept active until the completion of the recruitment process. All communications, including call letters for the examination, will be sent to the registered email ID.

A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred only) plus applicable Bank Charges and Goods and Services Tax (GST) is required from General, EWS, and OBC (NCL) category candidates.

Payment can be made online through internet banking, credit card, or debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted.

Exemptions: SC, ST, Female, and Ex-Serviceman candidates are not required to pay any application fee.

Candidates are advised to verify their eligibility before paying the fee, as it is non-refundable.
