Research Assistant & Field Investigator

This role is ideal for highly motivated post-graduates in social sciences, particularly those with NET/M.Phil./Ph.D. qualifications, who are seeking short-term research opportunities. Candidates should possess strong academic writing, research design, fieldwork, and data analysis skills. Field Investigators should be prepared for intensive fieldwork across Nagaland, Manipur, and Mizoram, with preference given to those familiar with local dialects and context.

Individuals seeking permanent government employment will find this unsuitable as all posts are temporary and project-based. Those uncomfortable with extensive travel for fieldwork (for Field Investigator) or without a strong background in social sciences, especially at the post-graduate level, should not apply.
