RITES Limited 2026 Recruitment: 1 Individual Consultant (Senior Manager SHE) Vacancy

• For Degree Holder: Rs. 81,500/- per month.
• For Diploma Holder: Rs. 65,200/- per month.

Payment for services will be released within one week after the completion of the month, based on attendance. Individual Consultants are not entitled to statutory benefits like PF/ESI/Gratuity.

1. Eligibility Check: Ensure you satisfy all necessary conditions and requirements for the position before applying.
2. Online Application: Interested and eligible candidates must apply online through the registration format available in the Career Section of the RITES website: http://www.rites.com.
3. Registration Number: Upon successful submission of the online application, the system will generate a 'Registration No.' Note this down for all future communications with RITES Ltd.
4. Identity Proof Details: Carefully and correctly fill in the details of your Identity Proof as it will be required in original at later stages of selection.
5. Application Submission: After filling up all required details in the 'Fill/Modify Application Form', submit the application. Candidates are advised to keep a copy of the submitted Application Form.
6. Document Verification/Interview: Print and sign a copy of the online APPLICATION FORM (with registration number). Furnish this along with self-attested photocopies and originals of the following documents during the document verification/interview process:
   • 1 Passport size Photograph
   • High School certificate (proof of Date of Birth)
   • Certificates of Academic & Professional qualifications and mark sheets for all semesters/years (Xth, XIIth, Diploma/Graduation/Post-Graduation as applicable)
   • Copies of experience certificates from previous employers supporting claims made in your application.
   • Proof of Identity & Address (Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhaar Card etc)
   • PAN Card
   • Proof of different periods of experience(s) as claimed in the Application Form (if applicable)
   • Any other supporting document(s).
7. Online Document Upload: Scanned copies of all above-mentioned documents must be uploaded on the RITES website for successful application submission. Ensure scans are clear and visible.
8. Interview Process: Only eligible candidates who successfully complete the document scrutiny will be allowed to appear for the interview. The selection mode is Interview only.
9. Reporting for Interview: After submitting the online application, candidates must report directly for the selection process on 27.03.2026 between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the RITES Regional Office, Mumbai (5th Floor, Regent Chamber, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021) OR via Video Conferencing/Online (link to be shared to registered email ID/official chat group).
10. Bring Originals: Candidates must bring original documents and one set of photocopies of all requisite documents for the Document Verification/Selection process.
