Individual consultants will be entitled to payment for their service only and will not be entitled for any statutory benefits like PF/ESI/Gratuity etc.

Interested candidates must apply online through the 'Career Section' on the official RITES website (http://www.rites.com). The application process involves the following steps:

• Before applying, ensure you satisfy all necessary conditions and requirements for the position.
• Fill out the online registration format. Upon submission, a 'Registration No.' will be generated, which candidates must note for future communications.
• Carefully and accurately fill in all required details, including 'Identity Proof' information, ensuring its availability for later stages of selection.
• After completing the "Fill/Modify Application Form," submit the application. It is advisable to keep a copy of the submitted Application Form for your records and to bring it at the time of selection.
• Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of all relevant documents on the RITES website for successful application submission. Ensure that scanned copies are clear and visible.
• A printed, signed copy of the online APPLICATION FORM (containing the registration number) must be furnished at the time of document verification/interview, along with self-attested photocopies and originals of the following documents:
  • Passport size Photograph
  • High School certificate (proof of Date of Birth)
  • Certificates and marksheets for all academic & professional qualifications (10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduation, Post-Graduation)
  • Experience certificates from previous employers and proof of different periods of experience
  • Proof of Identity & Address (Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, etc.)
  • PAN Card
  • Last company relieving letter/certificate, NOC (for Govt./PSU Employees)
  • Any other document(s) in support of your candidature.
• Candidates who successfully submit online applications will be eligible for document scrutiny and verification. Only eligible candidates will proceed to the interview stage.
• The link for online document scrutiny and interview will be sent to registered email IDs / official chat group.
