RITES Limited Recruitment 2026: 1 Deputy General Manager (Mech.) Vacancy on Contract Basis

Selected candidates will receive Basic Pay and Dearness Allowance (DA), along with fixed/variable allowances amounting to 23% of Basic Pay. Additional benefits include HRA/Lease, Provident Fund contributions, and Gratuity as per the Payment of Gratuity Act.

The approximate Cost to Company (CTC) at the minimum of the pay scale is INR 19.85 Lakhs per annum.

Interested and eligible candidates are required to apply online by following these steps:

1. Ensure all eligibility criteria for the position are met before applying.
2. Visit the Career Section of the RITES website (http://www.rites.com) and apply online using the prescribed registration format.
3. Upon successful submission of the online application, a 'Registration No.' will be generated. Candidates must note this number for all future correspondence.
4. Carefully and correctly fill in all required details, especially those pertaining to "Identity Proof". Candidates should ensure the availability of the same Identity Proof for production at later stages of selection.
5. After filling the necessary details under the "Fill/ Modify Application Form", upload all relevant documents related to education and experience in the "Upload Document" section.
6. After uploading all required documents, proceed to the "Make Payment" section to pay the application fee online.
7. Upon successful payment, download and retain a copy of the final submitted application form for future reference and to carry for the selection process.

Documents to be uploaded during online application (strictly in chronological order if applicable for submission at verification):

• High School certificate (for proof of Date of Birth)
• Certificates and mark sheets of all semesters/years for Academic & Professional qualifications (Xth, XIIth, Diploma / Graduation / Post-Graduation).
• Percentage Conversion Document (if issued by University / Institute).
• EWS/ SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD Certificate in the prescribed Government of India format.
• Proof of Identity & Address (Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, etc).
• PAN Card.
• Proof of each period of claimed experience (offer letter, joining order, relieving letter, service certificate, pay slips, etc.) in a single PDF.
• Any other supporting document.

Hard copies of documents are not to be sent to the RITES office through post/courier.

The application fee details are as follows:

• UR Category: Rs. 600/- plus applicable Taxes.
• For SC/ST/PwD category candidates, the fee paid during online application will be refunded upon their participation in the further selection process (written exam/interview), after deducting applicable GST and bank charges.

Candidates must ensure that the fee is submitted through the specified online mode only; other modes will not be accepted, and applications will be summarily rejected.
