RITES Limited Recruitment 2026: 8 Individual Consultant Posts (Manager/Engineer Roles)

Individual Consultants will be entitled to payment for their service only and will not receive any statutory benefits like PF/ESI/Gratuity.

• Candidates must ensure they satisfy all necessary conditions and requirements for the position before applying.
• Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria are required to apply online through the registration format available in the Career Section of the RITES website: http://www.rites.com.
• While submitting the online application, a 'Registration No.' will be generated. Candidates should note down this number for all future communications with RITES Ltd.
• Candidates are required to upload all relevant documents as part of their application. This includes:
  • 1 Passport size Photograph
  • High School certificate for proof of Date of Birth
  • Certificates of Academic & Professional qualifications and statements of marks (Xth, XIIth, Diploma/ Graduation/ Post-Graduation as applicable)
  • Experience certificates from previous employers
  • Proof of Identity & Address (Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhaar Card etc)
  • PAN Card
  • Proof of different periods of experience(s)
  • Any other document(s) in support of candidature.
• Scanned copies of all above-mentioned documents must be uploaded and be clear and visible.
• Upon successful completion of document scrutiny, eligible candidates will be allowed to appear for the Interview.
• For current employment, candidates must produce experience certificates/joining letters along with last 3 months' salary slips or last financial year/latest Form 16, or other documents proving job continuity during document verification.
• Hard copies of documents are not to be sent to the RITES office through post/courier.
• Candidates have to report for Document Scrutiny/Interview on 25.03.2026 & 26.03.2026 at RITES Corporate Office, Shikhar, Plot No.01, Sector-29, Gurugram-122001, or through Video Conferencing/Online.
