Senior Medical Officer & Tbhv

• For Senior Medical Officer (DRTB Site):
  • Essential: MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by the Medical Council of India, with compulsory rotatory internship.
  • Preference: MD (Respiratory Medicine/Internal Medicine/DTCD/Community Medicine), Diploma/CHA, Masters in Public Health, and basic knowledge of computers.
• For TBHV:
  • Essential: Graduate in science OR Intermediate (10+2) in science with experience as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health worker or a Certificate/higher course in Health Education/Counseling.
  • OR Tuberculosis Health Visitor's recognized course.
  • OR Certificate course in computer operations (minimum two months).
  • Preferential: Training course for MPW or recognized sanitary inspector's course.

• For Senior Medical Officer: Not exceeding 70 years.
• For TBHV: Maximum 38 years for Open category and 43 years for Reserved category.
• Maximum age limit is relaxed by 5 years for candidates currently working in the National Health Mission.
• Age will be calculated as on 31-05-2026.

Candidates for Senior Medical Officer (DRTB Site) should appear for a Walk-in Interview on 2026-06-12 at 12:00 PM.

For TBHV, eligible candidates must submit their application on plain paper, clearly mentioning the post applied for, along with the following self-attested documents:

• Educational qualification mark sheets and certificates.
• Date of Birth certificate (e.g., School Leaving Certificate).
• Caste Certificate (if applicable).
• Experience Certificate (if any).
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer for government/semi-government employees.
• Passport size photograph.
• Full Name, correspondence address, contact number, and email ID.
