- MBBS Mark Sheets and Degree Certificate
- Internship Completion Certificate
- PG Degree/DNB/Diploma (Mark Sheet & Degree/Certificate)
- DMC Registration (MBBS/PG/DNB/Diploma)
- Senior Residency Experience Certificate (if any)
- Experience Certificate (in case of Non PG)
- Aadhar Card
- PAN Card
- Candidates must also bring the mentioned documents in original for verification on the date of the interview.
