Shri Vishwakarma Skill University (SVSU) Executive Engineer (Civil) Recruitment 2026: 01 Vacancy

This role is ideally suited for highly experienced Civil Engineers, either currently serving on analogous posts in government/PSUs or recently retired from such organizations. Candidates must possess a First Class Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and at least eight years of relevant experience as SDO (Civil)/Assistant Engineer Civil, specifically in multi-story building projects, planning, estimation, measurement, and tendering, adhering to CPWD/State PWD norms. Proficiency in Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric level and knowledge of CAD/latest management technology are essential. Retired personnel must be below 62 years of age.

This position is not suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with less than eight years of specific experience in government or PSU civil engineering roles. Individuals lacking a First Class Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or without experience in analogous posts (for deputation candidates), should not apply. Those unwilling to accept a deputation or short-term contract basis, or retired personnel over 62 years of age, are ineligible. Candidates without documented work and conduct reports, integrity certificates, and vigilance clearances will be rejected.
