This role is ideally suited for a candidate with a Master's degree in Psychology, possessing at least 3 years of hands-on experience in child and adolescent mental health within school settings or socio-emotional learning programs. The ideal applicant should have strong communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi, be proficient in digital tools for data analysis and virtual training, and preferably have formal supervisory training.
