Specialist & Senior Resident

• For Senior Resident (1 and 3 Years): Candidates must possess an MBBS degree and a Post-Graduation Diploma or Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution. Registration with the National Medical Council/State Medical Council is mandatory. Experience is not strictly required if holding a PG degree. However, if PG doctors are unavailable, MBBS doctors with two years of experience (including one year in the concerned specialty from a government or private hospital, excluding private clinics) may be appointed for one year.
• For Full/Part-time Contractual Specialist: An MBBS degree and a Post-Graduation Diploma or Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution are required. Registration with the National Medical Council/State Medical Council is mandatory. Candidates with a PG Degree need 3 years of experience post-PG, while those with a PG Diploma require a minimum of 5 years of experience post-PG Diploma in the concerned specialty.

Age relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-serviceman categories will be applicable as per Government of India DOPT rules.

• Interested candidates must appear for a walk-in interview at ESIC Hospital, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
• The walk-in interview for the month of July 2026 is scheduled for 29/07/2026. Subsequently, interviews will be held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. If the 3rd Wednesday is a gazetted holiday, the interview will be on the following Thursday or as otherwise notified.
• Reporting time is from 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM. No candidate will be allowed after 11:00 AM.
• Candidates must bring a duly filled application form (as per Annexure ‘A’), the applicable application fee, all relevant original documents, and one set of self-attested photocopies of all documents.
• Documents Required for Verification: Identity Proof (PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhaar Card), Address Proof, Date of Birth Certificate (10th), two recent passport-sized photographs, photocopies of Aadhaar/PAN Card and Bank Passbook (for selected candidates), Class 10th & 12th mark sheets/certificates, Proof of Educational Qualification (MBBS, MD/MS/DNB), Internship Completion Certificate, NMC/Madhya Pradesh Medical Council Registration and Renewal, Additional Medical Qualification Registration Certificate, Experience Certificates, Reservation Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PH), NOC from current employer (if applicable), and Demand Draft for the application fee.
• Aspirants possessing relevant qualifications and registration as of the interview date will be considered. Candidates whose results are awaited will not be considered.
