Candidates should possess a graduate degree in any discipline along with computer proficiency (MS Office or Computer Science/Applications) and a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically with Self Help Groups (SHG) or Producer/Primary Level Federations (PLF). A proven track record, good conduct, and a two-wheeler license are essential for field operations within the Madurai block, where residence is also required.

Individuals lacking the mandatory 5 years of experience in SHG/PLF, those without a two-wheeler license, or applicants with a history of administrative/financial misconduct should not apply.
