• During 1st year of training: Monthly stipend of Rs.29,990/- plus prevailing Dearness Allowance (DA).
• During 2nd year of training: Monthly stipend revised to Rs.30,890/- plus prevailing DA.
• Upon successful completion of training: Candidates will be absorbed as 'Scientific Assistant-A' in the regular scale of pay of Rs.29,990-3%-46,720/-.
• Post-absorption benefits: Entitled to Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Common Allowance, PF, Gratuity, subsidized accommodation, medical facilities, children education facility, etc., as per company policies.
