For Direct Recruitment: Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Agriculture, or Animal Husbandry from a University established by law in India.
For Departmental Personnel: Candidates must have completed 5 years of continuous service in the Animal Husbandry Department, Uttarakhand, as of the first day of the recruitment year, and have passed the Intermediate examination with Biology or Agriculture from the Uttarakhand School Education and Examination Council or Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council or an equivalent recognized examination.
