• GATE/JEST Qualified Candidates: Rs. 37,000/- per month for the first two years, and Rs. 42,000/- per month for the remaining three years (contingent upon performance and DAE guidelines).
• CSIR-UGC-NET Qualified Candidates: The fellowship is directly funded and payable to the candidate by UGC/CSIR; no direct financial support is extended by VECC.
• Contingency: Annual contingency including book allowance of Rs. 60,000/- per year.
• Accommodation: Single room accommodation in the hostel is provided. If hostel accommodation is unavailable, House Rent Allowance (HRA) is payable as per rules.

Interested and eligible candidates must follow the email submission process:

3. Convert any CGPA/GPA scores into percentage format as per prescribed university rules.

   • Passport size photograph (JPEG format, < 1 MB).
   • Proof of Date of Birth (SSC/Matriculation Certificate or Birth Certificate).
   • Scanned copies of original marks sheets of the qualifying exam.
   • Valid scorecard/certificate of national-level examination (GATE/JEST/NET).
   • Caste Certificate (if applicable).

There is no application fee required to apply for this fellowship program.
