- JRF: Master’s degree in Sciences OR Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation or relevant fields.
- SRF: Qualification prescribed for JRF plus two years of research experience.
