This role is ideal for post-graduates in Geography, RS & GIS, Geo-informatics, Agricultural/Allied Sciences, Geology, or Computer Science, especially those with a PG Diploma in Remote Sensing and GIS/Geoinformatics. A mandatory requirement is 2 years of working experience in Remote Sensing & GIS. Candidates with practical knowledge in landform mapping, DEM/DTM generation, thematic mapping, and computer programming (R/Python) for GIS-based modeling are highly preferred. Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English is essential.

Individuals seeking permanent government employment should not apply, as this is a purely contractual and temporary position with an initial duration of 11 months or until project termination. Applicants without the specified postgraduate qualifications and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Remote Sensing & GIS will not be considered. Those unable to communicate effectively in Bengali, Hindi, and English are also unsuitable.
