Candidates must possess one of the following essential qualifications:
- MBBS/BDS with three years of relevant experience.
- MBBS/BDS along with an MPH or PhD in Health Sciences.
- MBBS/BDS plus a Postgraduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in fields like Medicine, Community Medicine, Family Medicine, Paediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, or a Master's in Public Health.
- MBBS with a Diploma in Public Health and good communication skills in English.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Training in Public Health/Research Methodology.
- Experience with statistical software such as SPSS, STATA, ATLAS.ti, or Epi-Info.
- Ability to liaise with state/national level organizations.
- Experience in community-based research and mixed methods.
