Best-Fit Profile
This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Life Sciences or Public Health, particularly those possessing hands-on experience in community surveys, hospital laboratory settings, human sample collection, and expertise with biochemistry analyzers (ELISA, Flow Cytometer) and data management. It suits candidates seeking project-based, short-term contractual employment within a reputable central government institution like AIIMS Bhubaneswar, who are looking to gain valuable research experience.
Important Considerations
Candidates aspiring for permanent government employment, long-term career stability, or comprehensive benefits (Provident Fund, Pension, Medical claims) should not apply, as these are purely temporary, contractual positions. Individuals who do not meet the precise educational qualifications and experience requirements, or those uncomfortable with defined project tenures and fieldwork, will find this opportunity unsuitable. The limited number of vacancies also means high competition.
Career Impact
Working with AIIMS Bhubaneswar, a statutory body under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, offers significant institutional prestige. Although the positions are contractual and project-specific, the experience gained in a leading medical research environment is highly valuable for future career progression in health and life sciences. These roles provide a strong foundation and exposure to high-level research projects, enhancing a candidate's professional profile within the scientific and medical community.
