Project Nurse-II: Three-year General Nursing and Midwife (GNM) course from a recognized institution or State Nursing Council.
Desirable: Prior experience in handling clinical research projects, basic knowledge of antimicrobial therapy and surgical patient culture reports, proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), fluency in Rajasthani, Hindi, and English, and familiarity with REDCap electronic data capture software.

The Project Nurse-II acts as the clinical ground anchor: tracking emergency and elective surgery patients, monitoring post-operative antimicrobial regimens, following up for surgical site infections, conducting qualitative interviews with surgical teams and healthcare professionals, and entering clinical data into electronic CRFs via REDCap. The work environment is academic, clinical, and data-intensive, requiring high interpersonal competence across surgical wards and ICUs.

Purely contractual project position initially sanctioned till May 2027 (reviewed annually based on performance) with an overall expected project duration of 2 years.
