AIIMS Patna Group A Non-Faculty Deputation Recruitment 2026 – Apply for 19 Posts

Eligible serving officers under Central/State Governments, UT Administrations, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, PSUs, or Armed Forces holding analogous posts on regular basis, or with 2 to 10 years of regular service in the specified feeder grades (Pay Level-7/8/9/10/11/12). Candidates must possess the relevant professional qualifications (Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science/Engineering, Library Science, Clinical Nutrition, Social Work, Commerce, or Medical Record Keeping) with mandatory post-qualification administrative and supervisory experience.

Maximum age limit for applying on deputation is 56 years as on the last date of receipt of application as per DoPT guidelines.

• Applications must be submitted in the prescribed proforma (Annexure-I) through the proper channel.
• Send applications to the Recruitment Cell, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Phulwarisharif, Patna-801507.
• Applications must be sent via Speed Post/Registered Post only. Applications received through any other medium (e.g., email, hand delivery) will not be accepted.
• The envelope containing the application(s) must be superscribed with "Application for the Post of __________ on Deputation Basis".
• Candidates must enclose duly attested photocopies of their up-to-date Confidential Reports/APARs (at least for the latest 5 years).
• A vigilance clearance in the format given at Annexure-II is strictly required. Applications without proper vigilance clearance will be rejected.
• The last date for posting of completed application along with required documents is 30 days from the publication date (i.e., by 2026-09-10).
