• Laundry Manager (Level-6): 12th pass + Diploma/Certificate in Laundry Technology + 12 years experience in mechanized laundry; holding analogous post or 10 years in Grade Pay ₹2,400/- in a minimum 200-bedded hospital.
• Manifold Technician (Gas Steward) (Level-5): 10+2 Science + 7 years experience, OR ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engg + 5 years experience in Medical Gas Pipeline Systems in a min 200-bedded hospital; holding analogous post or 5 years in Grade Pay ₹2,400/-.
• Senior Plumber (Level-4): Officers holding analogous post or with 8 years regular service as plumber in Grade Pay ₹1,900/-.

Application Procedure
Eligible officers fulfilling the qualifications/eligibility criteria must submit their application in the prescribed proforma (Annexure-I) through proper channel. The application, along with necessary documents, should be sent to the following address:

Required documents include duly attested photocopies of up-to-date Confidential Reports/APAR (at least for the latest 05 years) and a Vigilance Clearance certificate in the format given at Annexure-II. Applications without proper vigilance clearance and attested CR/APAR Dossiers will not be considered. For officials not following Central Government Pay Scales, a comparative chart regarding the Pay Scale, certified by the Finance/Accounts Department, must be submitted.
