- Post Graduate Degree in Physics from a recognized University, OR a Basic Degree in science with Physics as one of the main subjects.
- A post M.Sc. diploma/post graduate degree in radiological / medical physics from a recognized University.
- An internship of minimum 12 months in a recognized well-equipped radiation therapy department.

- M.Sc. Nuclear Medicine Technology from a recognized University / Institution.

Salary & Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly emolument of Rs. 75,000/- per month. No other allowances/benefits extended to regular/permanent faculty members of AIIMS will be applicable.
