ANGRAU Recruitment 2026 – Walk-in for Research Associate Post (ARS Garikapadu)

Qualifications and research publication standards for Research Associate at ANGRAU ARS Garikapadu:
• Doctoral Route: Ph.D. in Soil & Water Conservation Engineering (SWCE) or Irrigation & Drainage Engineering (IDE) from an ICAR-accredited University/College.
• Master's Route: Master's degree in SWCE or IDE with a 4/5-year professional Bachelor's degree (1st division / equivalent OGPA) plus at least 3 years of teaching/research experience in a relevant field.
• Mandatory Publication: Minimum 1 research paper published in a Science Citation Index (SCI) or NAAS-rated (>4.0) Journal.
• Age Limits: Up to 40 years for men and 45 years for women as on the interview date (09.09.2026), relaxable for BC/SC/ST candidates.
Eligible candidates can directly attend the Walk-In-Interview on 09.09.2026 at 10:30 AM at RARS, Lam, Guntur.

The upper age limit is 40 years for male candidates and 45 years for female candidates as on the date of walk-in interview (09.09.2026).
• Age relaxation is admissible for BC, SC, and ST candidates as per Government of Andhra Pradesh rules.

• Eligible candidates must attend a Walk-in-Interview on 09.09.2026 at 10:30 a.m. at RARS, Lam.
• Candidates should bring their bio-data, two sets of Xerox copies of all educational qualifications and other relevant documents, along with original certificates for verification.
• An application on plain paper must be submitted at the time of interview, including:
  • Bio-data, name, and address of two references.
  • Latest passport size photograph.
  • Attested photocopies of supporting documents.
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) if currently employed.
• No Travel Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) will be admissible for attending the interview.
