• Essential Educational Qualification: Master's Degree (Post-Graduation) in Social Work (MSW), Sociology, Psychology, Child Development, or Law (LL.M.); OR a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a recognized Diploma in Child Rights / Counseling along with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years' documented work experience in child rights, child protection, legal advocacy, social work, child psychology, counseling, or sociology. Preference will be given to candidates having prior working experience with DLSA, BSLSA, DCPU, Child Welfare Committee (CWC), Juvenile Justice Board (JJB), Special POCSO Courts, or Childline/Child Helpline services.
• Domicile Requirement: The applicant must be a citizen of India and a permanent resident (मूल निवासी) of Begusarai district.
• Clean Antecedents: Candidate must have a clean personal background with no criminal proceedings or moral turpitude convictions pending anywhere in India, and must not have been expelled or blacklisted from any child welfare institution (affidavit required).

3. साक्षात्कार (अधिकतम 20 अंक): वरीयतम अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश (विशेष पॉक्सो न्यायालय) की अध्यक्षता में गठित चयन समिति द्वारा साक्षात्कार लिया जाएगा।
4. सूचीबद्धता (Empanelment): कुल 100 अंकों के आधार पर मेधा सूची तैयार कर 2 वर्ष अथवा 65 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण होने तक (जो भी पहले हो) के लिए 30 सहायक व्यक्तियों को सूचीबद्ध किया जाएगा।

चयनित सहायक व्यक्तियों (Support Persons) को प्रत्येक पॉक्सो वाद के निष्पादन / सहायता हेतु कुल ₹9,000/- का मानदेय तीन किस्तों में भुगतान किया जाएगा। यह पद किसी नियमित सरकारी वेतनमान अथवा मासिक भत्तों का हकदार नहीं बनाता है।
Honorarium of ₹9,000/- per case (payable in three installments) disbursed through prescribed administrative procedure of the Social Welfare Department / POCSO Court. Not a monthly salaried post.
