Essential Qualifications: B.Sc. (Nursing) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from an Institute/University recognized by the Nursing Council of India / respective State Nursing Council. Must hold a valid and current registration with Nursing Council of India / State Nurses', Midwives' and Health Visitors' Council.
Experience:
(a) GNM: Minimum two (2) years post-registration experience as a Staff Nurse in a recognized hospital.
(b) B.Sc. Nursing: Minimum one (1) year post-registration experience as a Staff Nurse in a recognized hospital.
(Internship or clinical training forming part of the qualifying course shall not be reckoned as experience).
Desirable: Experience in Casualty / Emergency, Medical or Surgical ward or ICU; valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). Preference will be given to experienced and female candidates.
