RITES Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 04 DGM Engineering Posts

Candidates must possess a recognized full-time Degree with minimum 60% marks (first class) for UR/EWS (50% for reserved categories), plus at least 11 years of post-qualification experience (including 8 years in the relevant specialized domain):
• DGM (Long-span Bridges): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering AND M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering with 8+ years in long-span bridge design (cable-stayed, suspension, extradosed).
• DGM (Railway Alignment Designer): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 8+ years in railway alignment design for new lines or multitracking.
• DGM (Geophysicist): B.Sc in Geophysics AND M.Sc/M.Tech in Geophysics with 8+ years in geophysical testing (SRT, ERT, MASW) for tunnels/bridges.
• DGM (Tunnel Engineer): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 8+ years in tunnel engineering.
Pay scale residency / CTC criteria: PSU/Govt candidates must have 2 years in IDA Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 or CDA Level 11; Private sector candidates must have an annual CTC of at least Rs. 24.10 LPA.

Maximum age limit is 41 years as on the cut-off date (08.10.2026). Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, 10 years for PwBD, 5 years for J&K Domicile, and 5 years for regular/contract employees of RITES.

1. Visit the official RITES recruitment portal in the Career section at rites.com.
2. Under Online Registration, click on the application link for Recruitment of Engineering Professionals on Regular Basis (CEDS Cluster-II, VC Nos. RG/31/26 to RG/34/26).
3. Fill out the application form with personal, qualification, and detailed post-qualification experience information, and note down the system-generated Registration Number.
4. Upload scanned copies of all mandatory documents in the "Upload Document" section as a single chronological PDF: Date of Birth proof (10th certificate), degree/diploma marksheets & certificates, degree conversion formula (if CGPA), caste/EWS/PwBD certificates (if applicable), photo identity proof, PAN card, and chronological experience documents (joining orders, relieving letters, last month salary slips, Form 16 / CTC proof).
5. Pay the application fee of Rs. 600/- plus applicable taxes online under the "Make Payment" section and download the payment invoice.
6. Download and print the final submitted Application Form, sign it, and retain two copies along with the filled-in Annexure-A checklist and self-attested document sets to be presented on the day of document verification/interview. Do not send hard copies by post.
