Fixed monthly consolidated remuneration ranging from Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 1,70,000/- per month. Initial contract tenure is 12 months, extendable annually up to 36 months based on project requirements. Entitled to 1.5 days leave per completed month. No statutory PF/ESI/Gratuity.
