Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Executive Director: MBA Degree in any stream.
- DGM (Technical): B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering.
- DGM (Finance) / Manager (Finance): CA.
- DGM (IT): B.Tech/BE in IT or MCA.
- Other Managerial Roles: MBA or B.Tech in any stream.
Age Limit Details
Maximum age limit is 45 years for Managerial posts, 50 years for Executive Directors (contract), and 62 years for retired personnel. 5 years relaxation provided for authorized candidates.
Salary & Pay Scale

| Manager | Rs. 60,000 - 90,000 |
For government deputation candidates, pay will be as per parent cadre. For retired personnel, pay will be basic salary minus pension.
