Post-wise Qualifications & Experience:

  • JGM (PMIS): B.E / B.Tech (Civil) with minimum 15 years executive experience (at least 7 years in ERP/SAP/PMIS platforms).
  • JGM (Rolling Stock): B.E / B.Tech (ECE/EEE) with minimum 15 years executive experience in operations, maintenance, or procurement of electric rolling stock.
  • DGM (Finance & Accounts): Graduate/Postgraduate with CA/CMA and minimum 13 years executive experience in corporate finance, budgeting, and auditing.
  • Manager (Finance & Accounts): Graduate/Postgraduate with CA/CMA and minimum 7 years executive experience.
  • Manager (Design): B.E / B.Tech (Civil) with minimum 7 years executive experience (at least 5 years in metro rail structural design).
  • Assistant Manager (Design): B.E / B.Tech (Civil) with minimum 2 years executive experience in viaduct/tunnel/station design.
  • Assistant Manager (Transport Planning): M.E / M.Tech in Transportation/Traffic/Urban Engineering with minimum 2 years executive experience in mass transit projects.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Maximum age limit as on 23-09-2026: 30 years for Assistant Managers; 38 years for Managers; 40 years for DGM; 43 years for JGM. Upper age relaxations apply: 5 years for SC/ST, 2 years for MBC/BC, up to 10 years for PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen service + 3 years (cumulative maximum age not exceeding 58 years).

Consolidated monthly pay ranging from ₹62,000/- up to ₹1,45,000/- on contract basis with consideration for IDA pay scale after 2 years. Deputationists receive parent pay plus allowances or equivalent IDA pay scale.
