CRS Project Fellow

This role is ideally suited for highly qualified engineering graduates holding both B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech degrees in specialized fields such as Mechanical, Production, Robotics and Automation, Automobile, or related specializations. Candidates must have obtained their M.E./M.Tech degree within the last three years with a First Class grade. It is particularly attractive for individuals passionate about scientific research, especially those aspiring to register for an M.S./Ph.D. program at Anna University, as selected candidates may be permitted to pursue higher studies.

Candidates whose M.E./M.Tech degree was awarded more than three years ago are not eligible to apply. Individuals lacking both a B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in the specified specializations should also not apply. Those seeking permanent government employment will find this temporary, project-based fellowship unsuitable due to its contractual nature and fixed three-year duration. Candidates expecting a high starting salary may be disappointed with the consolidated stipend of Rs. 18,200, although a higher stipend is available for those with valid JEST/GATE/NET-JRF/Lectureship and Ph.D. registration.
