| CHO (Nursing) | Integrated BPCCHN course in B.Sc Nursing (2021 onwards) OR GNM / Post Basic B.Sc / B.Sc Nursing (pre-2021) from an institute recognized by WB Nursing Council. Must have WBNC registration. |
| CHO (BAMS) | BAMS from a recognized institute or University. Must have registration/provisional certificate from Paschim Banga Ayurved Parishad. |
Common Requirement: Proficiency in Bengali/Local language is mandatory.
Age Limit Details
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates is applicable as per West Bengal Government norms.
Salary & Pay Scale
- Monthly Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 20,000/-
- Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): Up to Rs. 5,000/- per month based on approved parameters.
- Stipend during Training: Candidates undergoing CPCH training will receive Rs. 10,000/- per month.

- Deposit the application fee via NEFT and keep the transaction proof/challan.
- Attend the document submission at Office of the CMOH, Bishnupur Health District, 3rd Floor Meeting Hall on 15th or 16th December 2025 (11 AM to 4 PM).
- Carry the filled application form, original testimonials, experience certificates, one set of photocopies, and two passport-sized photographs.
