District & Sessions Judge, Angul Recruitment 2026: 1 Counsellor Vacancy

The Counsellor will receive a fixed fee of Rs.6000/- per month. Additionally, an assisting fee of Rs.1000/- will be paid per day of actual work, as per Resolution No.IJ-02/2019-6839/L dated 23.04.2025 of the Government of Orissa, Law Department. This fee structure indicates a contractual engagement rather than a traditional salaried position.

• Applicants must prepare a typed application form, accurately filled with all required particulars and duly signed.
• The application must be accompanied by self-attested photocopies of all relevant educational qualification certificates (including Master's Degree/Degree in Social Science, preferably Sociology or Psychology), experience certificates specific to family counseling/social service, two recent passport-size photographs (in addition to one affixed on the application form), and one self-addressed envelope.
• The complete application, enclosed in a cover, should be addressed to the Registrar, Civil Courts, Angul.
• The envelope containing the application must be clearly inscribed with the phrase “Application for the post of Counsellor".
• Applications must reach the Office of the Registrar, Civil Courts, Angul, by 01:00 P.M. on April 20, 2026, either submitted in person during office hours on working days or sent by post.
• Incomplete applications or those received after the specified deadline will be summarily rejected without consideration.
