DMHO Mancherial Recruitment 2026: Apply for Lab Technician Gr.II and STLS Posts

Candidates must submit their applications physically in the prescribed format. Follow these steps to apply:

1. Fill out the printed application form with personal, educational, and registration details.
2. Attach a self-attested passport-size photograph on the form.
3. Enclose self-attested photocopies of the following documents:
   • S.S.C or equivalent certificate.
   • Intermediate (10+2) certificate.
   • Professional qualifying examination certificate and marks memos of all years.
   • Valid Registration Certificate from the respective Council.
   • Latest Caste Certificate issued by the Tahsildar / MRO.
   • Study certificates from Class 1st to 10th (or Residence Certificate from the Tahsildar/MRO for private study).
   • PH certificate (for physically handicapped quota candidates).
   • Relevant service certificates (for Ex-servicemen quota).
4. Submit the filled-in application along with the Demand Draft and required certificates at the Office of the District Medical & Health Officer (DMHO), Mancherial between 21-05-2026 and 25-05-2026 (by 5:00 PM).

The application fee must be paid in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favor of the designated district health authority as per local NHM norms. Specific fee amounts are not detailed in the application format.
