Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must be officers holding the rank of Deputy Secretary or Director level from All India Services or any Organized Services of the Government of India.
- Eligibility for appointment at the Deputy Secretary/Director level under the Central Staffing Scheme is required.
