Salary & Pay Scale
- For Pensioners: A fixed monthly amount is admissible, calculated by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. This amount remains unchanged for the contract term, with no annual increment. A fixed monthly conveyance allowance of Rs 3,000/- (for pay level-11) or Rs 5,000/- (for pay level-12) is also provided.
- For Non-Pensioners (retired from PSUs):
Pay Scales (Employee Retired from PSUs) Equivalent Pay Scales of 7th CPC Remuneration Conveyance Allowance Rs 70,000 /- to Rs 2,00,000/- Level - 11 Rs 50,000/- Rs. 3,000/- Rs 80,000/- to Rs 2,20,000/- Level - 12 Rs 60,000/- Rs. 5,000/- - For Government Employees retired under National Pension Scheme (NPS): Remuneration will be the last basic pay drawn minus an amount equivalent to 30% of that last basic pay.
