Candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications for each post:
- OIC Polyclinic: Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in healthcare institutions or managerial positions.
- Medical Officer: MBBS with a minimum of 5 years experience post-internship. Additional qualification in medicine/surgery is preferred.
- Dental Officer: BDS with a minimum of 5 years experience post-internship.
- Lab Technician: DMLT with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Lab Assistant in a Medical Lab.
- Pharmacist: B. Pharmacy from a recognized institute OR Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India, and registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948, with a minimum of 3 years experience.
- Nursing Assistant: GNM Diploma/Class I Nursing Assistant Course (Armed Forces) with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Dental Tech / Asst / Hygienist: Diploma Holder in Dental Hygiene / Class-1 DH / DORA Course (Armed Forces) with a minimum of 5 years experience in a Dental Laboratory.
- Driver: 8th Class Education, Class-I MT Driver (Armed Forces), and possession of a civil driving license with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Driver.
- Female Attendant: Literate with a minimum of 5 years experience in civil/Army Health Institutions.
