Educational Qualification
- Matriculation Certificate for Date of Birth proof.
- Relevant Undergraduate (U.G.), Postgraduate (P.G.), D.NB., D.M., M.Ch., or Ph.D. Degree Certificates.
- A Permanent Medical Registration Certificate issued by the respective Central/State Council.
- Registration of any additional medical qualifications from the appropriate Central/State Council.
How to Apply
- Birth Certificate or Matriculation certificate.
- U.G./P.G./D.NB./D.M./M.Ch. Degree / Ph.D. Degree Certificates.
- Permanent Medical Registration Certificate and Registration of Additional Medical Qualification.
- Teaching/Research experience certificate.
- Relevant Caste Certificate (OBC-NCL/SC/ST/EWS) or PwBD Certificate, if claiming reservation.
- Candidates currently employed in Govt./Semi. Govt./Autonomous Bodies/PSUs must present an original No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer. Candidates without NOC will not be allowed to appear for the interview under any circumstances.
