- Junior Engineer (J.E): Diploma/Degree in Engineering from a recognized university/Board in Electronics/Electrical/Electronics and Communication.
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Higher Secondary School Certificate OR All India Council for Technical Education approved Diploma awarded by a recognized State Board of Technical Education or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution. Must have knowledge of computer applications/operations with a typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.
- Master Craftsman: Higher Secondary School Certificate OR All India Council for Technical Education approved Diploma awarded by a recognized State Board of Technical Education or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution. Must have knowledge of computer applications/operations with a typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.
- Field Assistant: Higher Secondary School Certificate from a recognized Board/institute OR All India Council for Technical Education approved Diploma OR Certificate from a recognized Industrial Training Institute in the trade of Electrician/Electronic/Solar Mechanic. Must have knowledge of computer applications/operations with a typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.
- Common Requirement: Knowledge of Konkani is essential for all posts. Knowledge of Marathi is desirable.
