Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Mining: Diploma in Mining with 5 years experience and Foreman's Certificate, OR Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering with 2 years experience and Foreman's/Second-Class Manager's Certificate.
- Geology: Diploma in Draughtsman-ship (Mechanical/Civil) with 5 years experience, OR Post-Graduate Degree in Geology with 2 years experience.
- Survey: Diploma in Survey with 5 years experience and Mine Surveyor's Certificate, OR Bachelor's in Mining/Civil Engineering or M.Tech (Geomatics) with 2 years experience and Surveyor Certificate.
- Environment: Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering/Technology with 2 years experience.
- Electrical: Diploma in Electrical Engg. with 5 years experience, OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2 years experience.
- Mechanical: Diploma in Mechanical Engg. with 5 years experience, OR Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mining Machinery with 2 years experience.
- Civil: Diploma in Civil Engg. with 5 years experience, OR Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years experience.
- Mineral Processing: Bachelor's Degree in Mineral Processing/Mineral Engineering with 2 years experience.
- Finance: Intermediate Exam of CA/ICWA with 3 years experience, OR PG Diploma/MBA in Finance with 2 years experience.
- HR: Graduate with 5 years experience, OR PG Degree/Diploma/MBA in HR with 2 years experience.
- Admin: Graduate with 5 years experience.
- Law: Graduate with 5 years experience, OR LLB/5-year integrated LLB with 2 years experience.
- Materials & Contracts: Bachelor's Degree (Arts/Science/Commerce/Engineering) with PG Degree/Diploma or MBA in Materials/Supply Chain/Logistics Management and 2 years experience.
Age Limit Details
The maximum age limit is 40 years as of the reckoning date of 01/11/2025. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per the table below:

Salary & Pay Scale
Selected candidates for the post of Junior Manager will be placed in the initial basic pay scale of Rs 30,000-3%-1,20,000/-.
