HMT Machine Tools Ltd Recruitment 2026: 1 Vacancy for Project Officer – HR (Fixed Term Appointment)

• Candidates engaged on Fixed Term Appointment (FTA) will be placed at the minimum of the pay-scale for their grade.
• They will be eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Provident Fund (PF), and other statutory benefits applicable to regular employees for the fixed period of service.
• Annual increments on Basic Pay, monthly incentives, and annual incentives are admissible, subject to satisfactory performance.
• Candidates will also be eligible for Group Insurance.

Candidates must submit their application in the prescribed format.
