Consultant (Legal): LL.B. from a recognized University/Institute with 09 to 15 years experience (LL.M. desirable).
Consultant (Finance): CA/CMA/ICWA with 09 to 15 years experience.
Young Professional-II (Finance): CA/CMA/ICWA with 04 to 08 years experience.
Young Professional-I (Finance): CA/CMA/ICWA with 01 to 03 years experience.
Young Professional-I (Official Language): Master's in Hindi (with English at graduation) or Master's in English (with Hindi at graduation) with 01 to 03 years experience.
Young Professional-I (Company Secretary): Graduation with ACS qualification / Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) with 01 to 03 years experience.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Maximum age limit as on 01.09.2026: 45 years for Consultants; 35 years for Young Professional-II; 30 years for Young Professional-I. Age relaxation for deserving candidates and reserved categories as per Government rules.

Professionals engaged as Consultants and Young Professionals (YPs) work directly at the Corporate Head Office, liaising with corporate management, administrative ministries, statutory bodies (SEBI, MCA, ICAI), financial institutions, and operational subsidiaries (such as HMT Machine Tools). The office atmosphere is structured, administrative, and corporate-governance-oriented, focusing on compliance, financial statement consolidations, legal disputes, board secretarial management, and official language implementation.
