This recruitment is ideally suited for experienced Graduate Stenographers currently serving within the Himachal Pradesh High Court or District Judiciary. Candidates must demonstrate excellent English stenography and typing speed, strictly adhering to specified accuracy standards. The roles require a proven track record of service (1 to 5 years depending on the specific post) as a Junior Scale or Senior Scale Stenographer.

Individuals who are not currently serving as Stenographers within the H.P. judiciary or lack the prescribed years of experience will not be eligible. Furthermore, applicants whose typing errors exceed the 10% threshold in the proficiency tests will be disqualified, regardless of other qualifications.
