• Superintending Engineer (Pay Level 13): B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil or Electrical Engineering + holding analogous post, OR 15 years relevant experience in civil/electrical construction and contract management, OR 7 years as Executive Engineer in Level 11 in Govt/Autonomous/PSU bodies.
• Technical Officer (Pay Level 10): B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering with minimum 60% marks + 6 years relevant experience in Level 6 or 3 years in Level 7 and above (Master's/Ph.D. duration counted towards experience up to 2/3 years respectively).
