• Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / M.Sc. (or equivalent) in Physics, Engineering Physics, Applied Physics, Photonics, or Chemical Sciences with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA.
• National Examination Gate: Qualified in at least one national-level test: CSIR-UGC NET (JRF/LS), GATE, INSPIRE Fellowship, or equivalent DST/UGC/CSIR national fellowship.
• Desirable Skills: Experience in quantum optics, photonics, quantum information/computing, and scientific coding in Python, Julia, MATLAB, or Mathematica. M.Tech/M.E. degree is desirable.
• Ph.D. Integration: The selected fellow may be considered for admission to the Ph.D. programme at IIT Mandi subject to institute norms.
