IOCL Northern Region Recruitment 2025 for 533 Trade, Technician & Graduate Apprentice Posts

The rate of monthly stipend will be as per the guidelines of the Apprentices Act, 1961 and its subsequent amendments. In addition to the statutory stipend, apprentices will receive an additional amount of ₹ 2500/- per month as Miscellaneous expenses. Part of the stipend for Graduate and Technician apprentices is disbursed directly by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) under the DBT scheme.

Candidates must follow a two-step process to apply:

1. Portal Registration & Application: Candidates must first register and apply through the appropriate government portal based on their qualification:
   • Trade Apprentices (ITI & Data Entry Operator): Apply via the NAPS portal at http://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/.
   • Technician & Graduate Apprentices: Apply via the NATS portal at https://nats.education.gov.in/.
   Ensure your profile on the portal is 100% complete and apply for the IOCL (MD)-Northern Region Office opportunity. The application window is from 27th December 2025 (10:00 AM) to 12th January 2026 (5:00 PM).
2. Microsoft Form Submission (Mandatory): After applying on the NAPS/NATS portal, candidates MUST submit their details, including preferred State and locations, through the Microsoft Office Form link provided. The deadline for form submission is 12th January 2026.

Failure to complete both steps will lead to rejection of the application. Selection will be based on a merit list prepared from the marks obtained in the prescribed qualification. There is no written test or interview.
