Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must hold an M.E. or M.Tech degree in Mechanical or Computer Science Engineering.
- Specialization in relevant fields such as Manufacturing, Smart Manufacturing, Mechatronics, CAD/CAM, or Internet of Things (IoT) is required.
- Candidates who have preferably cleared the GATE examination (at any time in the recent past) will be given preference.
- A strong academic and research background is also preferred.
Age Limit Details
Candidates should preferably be below 35 years of age as on the date of the interview. No specific age relaxations are mentioned in the notification.
Salary & Pay Scale
The salary for the Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position is Rs. 31,000/- per month plus HRA (House Rent Allowance) as per norms. The pay scale is subject to revision upon receipt of grants from the Department of Science and Technology (DST).
