• Director of Research & Dean, Faculty of PG Studies / Director of Extension Education / Associate Director of Research / Principal: Pay Matrix Level-14 (₹144200-218200)
• Professor & its equivalent: Pay Matrix Level-14 (₹144200-218200). Pre-revised (6th CPC): Rs. 37,400-67,000 + AGP-Rs. 10,000/-
• Associate Professor & its equivalent: Pay Matrix Level-12 (₹79,800-2,11,500), after three years Level-13A (₹1,31,400-2,17,100). Pre-revised (6th CPC): Rs. 15,600-39,100 + AGP-Rs. 8,000/- for 3 years; then Rs. 37,400-67,000 + AGP-Rs. 9,000/-
• Assistant Professor & its equivalent: Pay Matrix Level-10 (₹57,700-1,82,400). Pre-revised (6th CPC): Rs. 15,600-39,100 + AGP-Rs. 6,000/-

Implementation of 7th CPC Revised pay Level for pre-revised pay scale posts is subject to approval of State Government.

Candidates must apply as per the specific instructions for their desired post:

• For Assistant Professor & its equivalent (Sr. No. 13-15): Online application only. Hard copies of documents are not required. Original certificates will be verified at the time of the personal interview.
• For Director, Principal, Professor, Associate Director (Sr. No. 1-12): Candidates must submit self-attested hard copies of all documents uploaded online on the Kamdhenu University Portal (including API related documents/Summary Form/supporting documents) to the Registrar, Kamdhenu University, Room No- 415, B1-wing, 4th Floor, Block No. 1, Karmayogi Bhavan, Sector-10 A, Gandhinagar, Gujarat - 382010. This must be sent by Speed Post / Courier and reach on or before February 7, 2026.

Key points for all applicants:

• Separate applications and processing fees are required for each post if applying for more than one.
• Candidates are advised to go through the prescribed qualifications carefully before applying.
• All entries in the application form must be completely and accurately filled.
• All relevant documents (academic, experience, caste, etc.) must be uploaded in legible copy during the online application. Original certificates will be required at the time of interview.
• Candidates already employed in Government/Semi-Government/University must route their application through the proper channel and submit an advance copy/online copy by February 7, 2026, with the proper channel application reaching by February 16, 2026. An NOC will be required at the time of interview/joining if proper channel documents are delayed.
• Basic knowledge of computer application and passing CCC+ examination is mandatory; it must be cleared during the probation period if not already possessed.
• Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will be rejected automatically.
